General Betting Rules
These terms apply to all wagers placed on Yy123 and govern how outcomes are determined, how bets are accepted or voided, and the process for settlement and adjustments in response to event developments.
- Settlement and determination of market outcomes
- 1.1 A market is settled when the official result is determined by the governing body, organizer, or designated authority. If an event is decided by official announcements after the event, settlement follows the source’s outcome to the extent published. Where an official source provides a determination more than 48 hours after the event’s end, bets not already settled shall be treated as void unless otherwise specified in the market description.
- 1.2 If a match is not completed and the result is determined by official decision or postponement followed by a declared outcome, settlements will follow the official announcement. Player specials markets are excluded from this clause.
- 1.3 If a market is not resolved by normal duration, settlement proceeds after the completion of regular time unless the market description states otherwise. In events subjected to overtime, markets described as including overtime will be paid after overtime concludes; penalties or deciders not described in the market are not considered unless explicitly stated.
- 1.4 Events not started as scheduled or postponed may remain open and bets may be settled if the start occurs within 48 hours of the original kickoff. Abandoned events that do not resume within 48 hours may be settled on the result at the time of abandonment; otherwise bets on such events may be voided and stakes refunded at the company’s discretion.
- 1.5 For two-legged ties, only markets tied to the postponed legs may be voided if the leg is postponed; other markets generally stand unless the overall result is affected.
- 1.6 If Yy123 suspects fraud or manipulation, it may keep bets unsettled, notify appropriate authorities, wait for an adjudication, and settle or void according to the adjudication’s outcome.
- Qualification, venue and event integrity
- 1.7 In the event of a system interruption during bet placement, standard checks apply; bets may be accepted or rejected as the system becomes available, and the user should review their betting history to confirm acceptance.
- 1.8 VAR or official decision revisions that conflict with on-field decisions may render bets placed between the original incident and the final decision void, unless the revised decision does not affect the odds offered on the bet or where the odds were already adjusted prior to bet acceptance. Other unrelated bets remain valid.
- 1.9 Odds displayed on screen are truncated to two decimal places for user presentation; total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal place, and total winnings are truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy relates to these rounding rules.
- 1.10 The maximum interval between bet settlement and any re-settlement is 30 days.
- 1.11 If a match concludes at or after minute 79:00 under referee supervision, markets follow the full-time result; if concluded at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets are void unless a different settlement is described in the market.
- 1.12 Supported match formats and durations determine market validity. Formats include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. For matches with total duration outside 50–90 minutes, all markets are void. In 3x30 format, halftime length equals half of total duration. By accepting these T&Cs, the client assumes the risk associated with format changes or settlement based on these rules.
- 1.13 Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule: bets on listed participants stand even if a participant cannot compete, and such bets are settled as losses. Head-to-head markets are excluded from this rule; if a participant is replaced by another within the same team, team markets remain valid while individual markets are void.
Specific Betting Types and Scoring Markets
- Scorers: First, Last, Anytime – applies to regular time unless stated otherwise in the market. Own goals are treated per official authority; if only own goals occur, scoring is treated as no scorer. First goalscorer is VOID if the chosen player does not play or enters after the opening goal from an own goal; exceptions apply for own goals where appropriate. Last goalscorer is VOID if the chosen player never plays. Any player may be selected as scorer for any period the player participates in the game. Anytime goalscorer applies to any participant who takes part in the match; entries for players who never play are VOID. In the event of abandonment after a scorer has occurred, bets on the first goalscorer remain valid, while bets on the last scorer may be VOID. For markets involving multiple scorers, the Anytime scorer outcome for the selected player is settled as winner and other players’ bets are void. These rules apply equivalently to combinations with 1X2 and Correct Score where relevant.
Event Handling, Suspicious Activity and Abnormal Circumstances
- Fraud and integrity: Yy123 may suspend settlement or void bets pending investigation and must report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities. Bets may be settled or void based on the final determination of the investigating bodies.
- Insurable and technical issues: In case of systemic errors or obvious mistakes affecting odds or event definitions, Yy123 retains the right to correct, void, or suspend bets with appropriate justification provided to the customer.
- Venue, timing, and substantive changes: Bets may be canceled if there is a venue change or radical alterations to event conditions such as length of play, distance changes in racing, or adjustments to the number of periods.
Live Betting and Post-Event Settlements
- Live bets are governed by the same general settlement principles; if a decision or event state changes due to in-play rulings, settlements follow the official record as of the time of resolution. Bets not resolved by the end of regular time may be settled in line with the market description and official announcements.
- In the event of a weather interruption or other disruption, bets may be treated as void or settled according to the revised official outcome. Any discrepancies between in-play odds and final outcomes are resolved based on the official source and market description.
